Description: 

The floor is made by melting premium aluminum alloy and die-casting, and then processed by machinery. So it has the high dimensional accuracy and strong load capacity.

The floor surface can be epoxy powder coated or nickel-chrome electroplated as need to achieve a soft, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant effect. But usually premium HPL or PVC anti-static veneer will be pasted on the surface.

We have both solid panel and ventilated panel for choice. The ventilation rate can be chosen from 10% to 50%, and can be equipped with ventilation regulators to meet various industrial ventilation needs from 0 to 50%.


Assembled with pedestals, square tubes, beams and screws.

Mainly used in clean environments such as high-grade clean workshops, clean rooms, semiconductors, microelectronic chips, communication equipment, biochemical plants, etc., and various data center computer rooms with downdraft devices where dust and static electricity are required and pipelines are laid centrally.
