The full steel antistatic raised floor is specifically designed for computer rooms, data centers, server rooms, and other high-tech environments, particularly suitable for areas requiring integrated wiring, equipment protection, and high load support. This floor not only provides excellent antistatic performance but also offers increased flexibility and maintainability through its raised design, making it the preferred choice for IDC (Internet Data Center) and similar facilities.

Specification

Size: Common panel size is 600mm x 600mm, thickness between 30mm and 50mm. Custom specifications are available.
Materials:

1.Top Panel: Made from high-quality cold-rolled steel, treated with an antistatic coating to ensure corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long-lasting performance.
2.Core Panel: Filled with lightweight foam cement, reinforced by spot welding for improved strength and load-bearing capacity.
3.Bottom Panel: Manufactured with advanced spot welding techniques for added stability and durability.
4.Surface Layer: Coated with HPL (High Pressure Laminate) or PVC permanent antistatic laminate, further enhancing antistatic performance, scratch resistance, and durability.
